On January 18, 2011, the company’s stock (stock short name: Shindoo Chemical, stock code: 002539) was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.  On September 20, 2016, the Company’s securities abbreviation was changed to “Wintrue Holdings” due to the change in the Company’s name.

Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on the production and sales of compound fertilizers, and has carried out in-depth development and market expansion along the compound fertilizer industry chain, and actively explored new ideas for stable development. Through years of efforts focused in resource integration, branding, market network, research and development capabilities, production capacity building and other initiatives, the Company has formed an industrial structure of compound fertilizer business and the condiment business (edible salt and Sichuan cuisine condiment). The business operations of each segment are as follows:

Compound fertilizer business – The compound fertilizer business is the company’s traditional core business. The company has established compound fertilizer production bases in Meishan, Hubei Yingcheng, Hubei Yicheng, Henan Ningling, Shandong Pingyuan, Xinjiang Changji, Hubei Songzi and many other places. The Company is one of the largest suppliers in China’s compound fertilizer industry with its large number of fertilizer production bases. The Company’s existing compound fertilizer production capacity is 5 million tons, of which the ordinary compound fertilizer capacity accounted for 700,000 tons, and the new compound fertilizers such as sprayed nitric oxide, controlled-release, water-soluble and Bulk Blending fertilizer totaled 4.3 million tons, accounting for 86% of total production output. The product line covers all water soluble, controlled-release, urea-base fertilizer, sulphur-based, sprayed nitric oxide based, high concentration chlorine based, high concentration sulphur-based, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer, organic & non-organic compound fertilizer and others.

The company has acquired and mastered the core technologies of new fertilizers such as nitro compound fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer and agricultural ammonium nitrate, and had participated in the drafting of three industry standards and one international standard. As the only manufacturing company, the Company’s has directed and drafted the standard “Water-Soluble Fertilizer” (Standard No.: HG/T 4365-2012), which was implemented nationwide on June 1, 2013. On the basis of this standard, the international standard, “General Requirements for Water-Soluble Fertilizers” was revised and has been approved by the ISO International Fertilizer Standards Committee. It was officially adopted and implemented globally on March 15, 2016, which proves that the company’s water-soluble fertilizer research and development production level is in the forefront of the world. At present, the company is working with the National Technical Committee on Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners of Standardization Administration of China to draft the “Standards for the Application of Water-Soluble Fertilizers”. Another industry standard, “Ammonia Potassium Nitrate for Agricultural Use” (Standard No.: HG/T4852-2016), which was jointly drafted by the Company and the National Technical Committee on Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners of Standardization administration of China, has been implemented nationwide since July 1, 2016.
