Yiyantang Condiment (Chengdu) Co. Ltd. acquired 80% equity of Sichuan Wanghong Food Co. Ltd., and included the “Jianxian Douban”, which is the main business of Wanghong Food, into the Company’s production and sales division, which further expanded the Company’s condiment business.
